If you have purchased a Groupon Voucher, you may redeem it by bringing the original voucher at the time of attending any of the classes. You do not need to pre-register for the class, we will register you at the time of the class. Please arrive 10 minutes before the start of the class to Register . Thank you!

Beginner & Gentle Yoga : If you want to try a Yoga class , this is the perfect fit for you. You can choose the option of a morning or evening class which will allow you to take the practice at your pace and share your practice with our skillful teachers.
Gentle Yoga : If you have never taken a Yoga class or have injuries or simply prefer to move at your own pace and enjoy the gentle variations of all the postures, this class will help you experience the therapeutic benefits of yoga in this gentle and mindful flow which is taught in this practice. Drop-ins are welcome to join this class and learn from our gentle teachers.
All Levels Yoga : This more active class explores beginning and intermediate poses while keeping focus on developing strength and flexibility. Breath work is explored as a strong connection between mind and body to bring the mindfulness and deep relaxation
to the Yoga practice. If you have a basic practice of Yoga, you will enjoy this class. If you have never taken a yoga class before or you are developing your yoga practice, the teacher will offer you modifications throughout the practice and you will
be able to develop and strengthen your practice.
Restorative Yoga : this is a passive practice using bolsters and blankets and is designed as a seated sequence. It is suited for people who are new to yoga, people with injuries and for seniors.
All Levels Class : Whether you have being practicing yoga for years or are relatively new to the practice, this class offers a cardio and strength training. You will improve strength and flexibility, yet get the relaxation and balance that yoga brings to your practice. Our experienced teachers will guide you through modifications and introduce you to varied challenges in the postures.
